After countless days of researching, browsing, and analyzing what felt like every floor Miami had to offer, we stumbled upon this little gem. The moment we walked in to the store the staff was extremely friendly, informative, and ensured that we understood the full scope of all of their products. Mind you I was in the market for Luxury Vinyl and everything I saw was as thin and flimsy as a newspaper. But Pride Flooring was on a whole other caliber of quality!! I was absolutely stunned at how beautiful and premium all of their products felt, plus the warranty that came with the floors was just unbelievable. Without a shadow of a doubt we ended up moving forward with them and purchased a beautiful wood style luxury Vynil. It was back ordered like mostly everything is these days but the team was extremely responsive, and ensured that we were up to speed with everything that was going on along the way. When the big day arrived and the floors were in the installation team showed up at 9am on the dot as they had promised and worked relentlessly to ensure that each and every plank that was laid down was perfectly installed to the T. Brett was extremely kind and went out of his way to treat my home as his own when installing the floors and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. If you are even remotely thinking about installing floors in your home LITERALLY stop looking. PRIDE FLOORS IS THE ONLY OPTION!!

This is the second time we purchase flooring from "Pride Flooring". The first time was a couple of years ago. We had such a wonderful experience that when it came time to upgrade the rest of our house I went directly to them. Joe explained the product very well and took the time to show us varios options. The installers are extremely professional and they did an excellent job!. Renovations can be very stressful, but hiring a professional company like "Pride Flooring" will definitely make the process a lot smoother! I highly recommend them!

Daniel did a fantastic job laying down vinyl flooring. His helper Chris was great too. Always support local small businesses like this instead of handing your cash to a big box retailer worth billions. Excellent work at fantastic prices. 10/10 recommended.

When starting our search for new flooring I visited many flooring companies but did not find what I was looking for. I live in Pembroke Pines, but drove all the way down south to Pride Flooring based on their positive reviews. It was a good decision, we are extremely pleased with our new Coretec vinyl flooring. They had a wide selection to choose from and Mark helped us to pick the right color, allowing us to take the samples home to see which looked best. The installers Brett, Daniel and Fernando did a great job. It was a big job for the 3 bedrooms and office, and having to use a machine to take up some glued down hardwood in the master area. The rooms look great and we would definitely recommend Pride Flooring

I have never EVER worked with a better company, for anything! Their customer service and desire for you to get exactly what you want/paid for is unmatched. Every single employee treats you as if you are their old friend—you never feel rushed or like you’re annoying them with your questions or indecision. I spent hours with Joe DeLeo trying to pick exactly the right floor. He was so patient and his knowledge of the flooring industry in incredible. The install experience was beyond words. They would not move on from something unless it was PERFECT. Brett is a master of his craft and so kind. It was a pleasure having their crew in our home for a week while they completed our entire downstairs (we floated LVP over existing porcelain tile). I will recommend them to everyone I know. They are MILES beyond the competition. Thank you for being so amazing, Pride Flooring! You are truly the best!!

We bought a house over a year ago and the first thing we did was have Pride Flooring out to replace the mismatched floors on the second level so the floor was cohesive.

Everything about working with these guys was great. They were very flexible about coming to do the estimate, as we had to reschedule because our closing was delayed. Even with the delay, Joe was able to come three days after our closing to do the measurements and show us floor samples.

Although we loved all the samples, Joe helped us find a similar look with LVP they had in stock so that we could move fast. We had the contract signed the next day and work started the day after that.

The install team demoed the old floor and installed the new floor in one day! They still had to come the next day to install new baseboards. These rockstars were able to install the baseboards early before the moving truck showed up. I'm not sure any trade has ever worked so hard or fast for us.

Oh, and they had great financing options as well. I highly recommend this company.

Pride Flooring did an outstanding job from start to finish. When we first went to their store, they were very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions and helping us choose the flooring. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and they allowed us to take samples home to see how they would look with our lighting/furnishings. Once we decided to go with them, they were accommodating to our schedule and very punctual. I can't say enough good things about their installation crew - probably the best workers/contractors I have had. Excellent attention to detail, superior workmanship, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to go with Pride Flooring again, and I highly recommend them.

We had our entire home refinished with laminate flooring many years ago by Pride Flooring. Since then, we have had a dish washer and washing machine break leaking water all over. Obviously that doesn't go well even with water resistant laminate. Most recently, I replaced my front door along with my garage door. Needless to say, Pride Flooring has been to my house four times and each time, they do excellent work. During COVID-19 they took precautions with masks and worked very clean. Highly recommend.
